It's a FREE online course that teaches you Internet skills to help with your university and college work. You can do it in your own time, at your own pace.
It's just for you to learn for your own interest - no one is testing you, and it's not part of a formal course with formal qualifications.
How do I use it?

Are there more tutorials like this one?
Yes! This tutorial is part of a national service called the Intute Virtual Training Suite, which offers over 60 free, online tutorials. Some are for students in universities or colleges, some are for adult and community learners (so they differ slightly) but they are all free for anyone to use.
